Gordon William Weisbach

Gordon William Weisbach, 69, of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, In. Born July 24, 1941 in Batesville, Indiana, he was the son of George Weisbach and Henrietta (Obermeyer) Sweezey. He had worked at the Golden Foundry and then at the Burger King. He was married to Maxine Wilma Sandlin on November 18, 1962 and she survives. He is also survived by his mother, Henrietta Sweezey, Greensburg; one son, Gordon Marsh Weisbach, Dallas, Tx.; Margie Emerson, New Castle, Wilma Weisbach, Greensburg; three brothers, Virgil Sweezey, Greensburg, Fred Sweezey, Letts, Don Sweezey, Adams; one sister, Margaret Sweezey, Greensburg; five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father. Family and friends may call from 9-10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Funeral services will follow the visitation on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Internment will be held in the Sandcreek Cemetery in Greensburg.
