Steven E. Snapp

Steven E. Snapp, 54, Greensburg, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Indiana. Born, February 26, 1957 in Connersville, In, he was the son of Elmer L. and Jo Ann (Gaunce) Snapp. Steven was married to Marjorie Ann Vanderbur on September 22, 1978, and she survives. Steven was a former employee for Copeland Corporation in Rushville where he worked for 23 years. He was a member of the Greensburg Wesleyan Holiness Church. He enjoyed using C.B. radios, he loved Boston terrier dogs, he drove demolition derby cars, and he was an avid coon hunter. Steven is survived by his parents, his wife, 3 daughters; Heather (B.J.) Brumfield, Greensburg, Angela Snapp, Greensburg, Amanda Snapp, Greensburg, 2 brothers; Rick Snapp, Rushville, Randy Snapp, Fredericksburg, Texas, and 1 sister; Karen Montgomery, Milroy, In. A private family viewing along with private funeral services will be held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg, In. Interment will be held at Richland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family through the funeral home.
