Shirley Jo Blare

Shirley Jo Blare, 62, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born, January 8, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of Joseph Nolte and Doris Jean (Drew) Greiwe. Shirley was previously married to Stephen Blare of St. Paul, Indiana, and he survives. Shirley graduated from Greensburg High School in 1968, she worked for Delta Faucet for 37 years, and she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Greensburg. She is survived by her father; Joseph Nolte and his wife Gladys, Greensburg, one daughter; Kelly Jo (Shawn) Terrell, Greensburg, 3 grandchildren; Bram, Blane, and Inara Terrell all of Greensburg, two sisters; Dee (Marvin) Wallace, Greensburg, Sandra (Karl) Siebe, Indianapolis, and one sister-in-law; Anita Nolte, Holton, IN. She was preceded in death by her mother; Doris Jean Greiwe, and one brother; Larry Nolte. Visitation will be from 9-11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Greensburg, 209 W. Washington St. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012 immediately following visitation at the First Baptist Church in Greensburg with Rev. David Thompson officiating. Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg. Memorials may be made to the family.
