Thomas J. Braun

Thomas J. Braun, 89, passed away at his residence in Greensburg on Thursday, April 5, 2012. Born, July 21, 1922 in Ripley County, Indiana, he was the son of August and Elizabeth (Wilmer) Braun. Thomas was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen and also a member of the Greensburg Senior Center. He was married to Lucille Moorman on November 23, 1948 and she preceded him in death on September 14, 2009. Thomas is survived by two daughters; Patricia Wuensch, Indianapolis, Virginia Marchel, The Villages, Florida, three grandsons; Ty Wuensch, Rick Wuensch, Joe Marchel, and one great-grandson; Alexander Wuensch. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one brother; Lester Braun. There will be no public services. Interment will be held at a later date in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Millhousen. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society through the funeral Home.
