Jeanette F. Mcintyre

Jeanette F. McIntyre, 70, Columbus, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 at the Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus. Born March 2, 1942 in Connersville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Helen Louise (Gudgell) Six and Jouett Six. She graduated from the Connersville High School in 1960. She was a member of the Waynesburg Christian Church and a former member of the Greensburg Country Club. Jeanette loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing golf and celebrating the Christmas season. She was married to Harold L. McIntyre April 16, 1982 and he survives. She is also survived by five children, Doug (Dawn) Steinker, Lakeland, TN, Kim Gindling, Greensburg, Diane (Ron) Moore, Westport, Becky Glenn, Tifton, GA, Jeff (Gayle) McIntyre, Greensburg; one sister, Wilma (Hank) Meyers, Connersville; two aunts, one uncle, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Louise Six; one aunt, Anna Mary Roberts. Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. Monday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Dave Burnett officiating. Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg. Memorials may be made to the Waynesburg Christian Church Bible School or to the Cancer Center of Columbus Regional Hospital.
