Charles Wayne "Tony" Hammil, 66, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2012 at his residence.
Born January 5, 1946 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Leo and Ethel Mae (Hammil) Sallee.
He worked for the Indiana Wire Company for 37 years retiring in 2001. He was a member of the Greensburg Wesleyan Holiness Church in Greensburg.
He was married to Linda Keihn on February 17, 1968 and she survives.
He is also survived by one daughter, Toni Sue Tucker, Greensburg; five brothers, David (Angela) Sallee, Greensburg, Joe (Arleta) Sallee, Greensburg, Alfred Sallee, Greensburg, Richard (Roxie) Sallee, Greensburg, Clifford Sallee, Fairland; two sisters, Sarah (Robert) Clark, Greensburg, Christine (Art) Powers, Greensburg; three grandchildren, Thomas, Courtney, Anthony; one great grandchild, Savanna; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Charles W. Hammil, Jr.
Visitation will be from 9-11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funerals and Cremations in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Forest Hamilton officiating.
Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg.
