Barbara J. Ashley

Barbara J. Ashley, 63, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus. Born May 14, 1949 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Ira Basil and Mildred J. (Richey) Williams. She graduated from the Burney High School in 1967 and then attended Western Kentucky University. She worked as an assistant production service manager for Delta Faucet. She had been employed with Delta for 35 years, serving in the Greensburg plant, the Chickasha plant, and the corporate office in Indianapolis. She is survived by her mother, Mildred J. Williams, Greensburg; one daughter, Amanda S. (Brian) Zust, Columbus; three brothers, Andy (Teresa) Williams, Greensburg, Jeff (Penny) Williams, Greensburg, Tim (Anna) Williams, Noblesville; three grandchildren, Randi Zust, John Zust, and William Zust; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, David E. Williams. There will be a public wake on Saturday May 26th at her residence, 322 E. Main St. in Greensburg from 12 to 6:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Research, 3500 DePauw Blvd., Suite 2070, Indianapolis, IN 46268.
