William A. Slight

William A. "Bill" Slight, 60, of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. in Greensburg. He was born in Oswego, NY on October 12, 1952, the son of William and Dorothy (Knauss) Slight. He had worked as a dairy farmer in New York and then he had worked for STI after moving to Greensburg. He was married to Rhonda Schumaker on August 15, 1992 and she survives. He is also survived by four children, Johnathon A. Slight, Greensburg, Rachel Slight, Greensburg, Stanley Slight, Greensburg, Jennifer (Daniel) Denny, Phoenix, NY; one brother, George Slight, Oswego, NY; one sister, Sue Ladd, Oswego, NY; three grandchildren, Brittany, Daniel and Ashley. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Dorothy Slight, Carolyn Haskins. Private services will held for the family at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
