Toni Ann Stille

Toni Ann Stille, 60, of Greensburg, departed this world August 27, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was born December 17, 1953, the daughter of Mary Ann Swift McDonald and James Adams. She Graduated from Greensburg High School in 1972. On May 27th, 1972 she married her childhood sweetheart William “Bill” Stille. Toni was an entrepreneur in spirit, creating Balloons Unlimited and A Christmas House, that she operated for several years during the 80’s and 90’s. She also helped her baby brother, Rick Adams, start his business, Rick Adams and Sons in 1976. Toni would continue to work with Rick Adams and Sons all her life. She was also well known for running Rick Adams Pools, where she enjoyed working with people on their pools and spas. Her favorite job title though, was that of “Nammie,” as named by her granddaughter Emarie Ann Jackson. First and foremost, she was a Mom and Nammie, this was the job she most cherished. She is survived by husband Bill, Son Shane (Juliana) Stille, Daughter Shawntea (David) Jackson, Grandbabies Emarie and Jai Jackson, Brother Rick (Sue) Adams and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews along with her Walnut Street Family. Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Sister Penie Niles, Sister Cindy Fish and her good buddy Eddie Vanderbur Visitation will be from 1 to 5 on Saturday August 30th, 2014 with a memorial service to follow directly after. Matt Bostic will officiate the service at Porter- Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home. The family has requested any memorial contributions be made to a future scholarship fund or to Hospice of Decatur County.
