Alice B. Thaxton

Alice B. Thaxton, 80, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Heritage House Nursing Home in Greensburg, Indiana. She was born on February 26, 1935 in Barbourville, Kentucky, the daughter of Earl and Cora (Hammonds) Barrett. Alice was married to Andrew E. Thaxton, Jr. and he preceded her in death on February 17, 2014. She is survived by one brother, Wayne Barrett, Cincinnati, Oh.; one sister, Imogene Carpenter, Tecumseh, Mi.; two granddaughters, Becky Thaxton, Erlanger, KY., Sarah Thaxton, St. Bernard, Oh. She was preceded in death by her son, Andrew E. Thaxton III. Alice will be cremated as was her wish and there will be no public services.
