Lorene Loretta Brancamp, 76, Millhousen, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at her residence. Born June 11, 1938 in Franklin County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Mathias A. and Cleopha C. (Bedel) Werner. She graduated high school in 1956 from the Oldenburg Academy. She worked at K.S. Bearings for 23 years, retiring in 2001. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen. Lorene loved playing cards whenever possible. She was married to Leonard Brancamp on November 23, 1957 and he preceded her in death on April 12, 1986. She is survived by 2 sons, Matt (Kimberly) Brancamp, Osgood, Leonard (April) Brancamp, Jr., Columbus; 7 daughters, Veronica (Lloyd) Henderson, North Vernon, Linda (Glenn) Schuck, Osgood, Cathy (Mark) Wittkamper, Millhousen, Ann (David) Rolf, Greensburg, Flora (Dennis) Wagner, Osgood, Suzie (Jeff) Wagner, Osgood, Jennifer (Jeff) Eads, Shelbyville; 4 brothers, Virgil (Virginia) Werner, Kenneth (Helen Rose) Werner, Uriel "Huey" (Jo Ann) Werner, Charles Werner; 10 sisters, Betty Young, Sr. Cleopha Werner, OFM, Theresa (James) Nobbe, Mary (Ray) Merkel, Martha (James) Doll, Regina Lowe, Rita (Francis) Meyer, Carol (Louie) Schwegman, Delores (John) Amburger, Ellie May (Albert) Amburger; 29 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; 2 brothers, Albert and Jacob Werner; 2 grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Curtis Johnson. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg and from 9-10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen. A public rosary service for family and friends will be held on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen with Rev. John Geis officiating. Interment will be held in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sisters of St. Francis in Oldenburg.
