Mary J. Romans

Mary J. Romans, 58, Westport, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016. Born February 3, 1958 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of Robert and Cleo (McIntyre) Scott. Mary loved spending time and taking care of her grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters, Faye (Dee Magura) Demaree, Westport, Jessica (Clint) Lorenz, Greensburg; three brothers, Bobby Scott, Carroll Co., KY, Ora Scott, Jefferson Co., IN, David Scott, Trimble Co., KY; three sisters, Anita Thompson, Louisville, May Lopez, Burleson, TX, Phyllis Lappie, Jefferson Co., IN; six grandchildren, Clinton Lorenz, Jr., Robert Lorenz, Angelina Kelley, Abigail Demaree, Isabella Demaree, Jacob Lorenz. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Friday from 11 to 1:00 p.m. at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. Forest Hamilton officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the Brooksburg Cemetery, Brooksburg, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the family.
