Wanda L. Todd

Wanda L. Todd, 73, Greensburg, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2009 at the Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. Born, October 14, 1935 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frederik and Marcella (Kernen) Fewell.   Wanda had worked part time over the years at Todd’s Men’s Store and Goody’s in Greensburg and also at Knollenberg’s in Richmond.  She graduated from Madison High School.  She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church and she was a volunteer at the hospital gift shop.  She loved taking care of her grandchildren. She was married to Paul E. Todd on February 27, 1960 and he preceded her in death on September 15, 2000. She is survived by one son, Michael (Tiya) Todd, Louisville, Ky.; one daughter, Lisa (Richard) Stuehrenberg, Greensburg; one sister-in-law, Bobbie Todd, Greensburg; four grandchildren, David Todd, Alexander Todd, Paul Stuehrenberg, Eric Stuehrenberg. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.   A rosary will be prayed at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2009 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg with Msgr. Harold Knueven officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Decatur County Hospice or to the St. Mary’s Church Building Fund.
