Effie Luella Graue

Effie Luella Graue, 96, Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Greensburg. Born, September 23, 1912 in Decatur County, she was the daughter of Ernest and Sara (Moss) Brown.   She was a member of the Star Baptist Church and a former member of the Loyal Neighbors Club. She was married to Clifford M. Graue on August 5, 1933 and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2001. She is survived by one son, Jon M. Graue, Greensburg; one daughter, Sandra L. (Wayne) McNealy, Greensburg; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one daughter, Sharon Lynn Graue; one daughter-in-law, Sharon A. Graue; one brother, Robert K. Brown; one half brother, Floyd Brown; 3 half sisters, Marjorie Fenley, Beulah Mae DeMoss and Polly. Visitation will be from 1-5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg and from 9:10:00 a.m. Monday at the Star Baptist Church.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 16, 2009 at the Star Baptist Church, CR 650 N., Greensburg, with Rev. Roger A. Walby officiating. Interment will be held in the Star Baptist Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Star Baptist Cemetery.
