Harold S. Small

Harold S. “Bud” Small, 91, Greensburg, passed away on Friday, January 9, 2009 at the Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Greensburg. Born, September 6, 1917 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Archie and Laura (Ketchum) Small. He was retired from the Muncie Bread Co. after 21 years of service. He was a member of the First Church of God in Greensburg.  He was married to Betty J. Buell on April 3, 1942 and she preceded him in death on July 23, 1996.  He is survived by three daughters, Katha D. Dillon, Indianapolis, Vicky J. Miller, Carrolton, Oh., Katrina D. Small, Greensburg; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; one son, James S. Small; two brothers, Loren E. Small, Sr., Edward F. Small; one sister, Mary Louise Malgrin. There will be no public visitation. There were no services.  Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg was entrusted with the arrangements. Interment was held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg.
