Luke Edward O'Mara

Luke was born Tuesday, May 24th 2016 at 10:22am at Margaret Mary Hospital in Batesville, Indiana. He died ten minutes later at 10:32am. He was surrounded by love when he left this world and entered Heaven. Although he only lived ten minutes, his life impacted so many and his purpose was so large.  Survivors include his daddy and mommy, Blake and Amy O'Mara, and his two big sisters, Rylee and Nora O'Mara, all of Greensburg. Grandparents: Tom and Paula O'Mara, Greensburg, Peggy and Andy Dudley, Greensburg, aunts and uncles Jason and Jenny Gindling, Greensburg, Samantha O'Mara, Chicago, IL, Bobby and Kattie O'Mara, Greensburg. Cousins: Kaeli and Jack Gindling and Niall O'Mara, Greensburg. Great grandparents: Londa O'Mara, Greensburg, Marcella Roberts, Greensburg, and Deva Williams, Liberty, KY. He is also survived by several great aunts and uncles and many other loving family, friends, and community.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jerry Williams, and great grandparents Ed O'Mara, Paul Roberts, Ruth Nichol and Reed Williams.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Community Church in Greensburg from 4-6 pm. followed by funeral services at 6:00 pm with Pastor Barry Morton officiating.  Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Greensburg.  Memorial contributions can be made to the O’Mara Family. All contributions will be used to start a fund in memory of Luke to help grieving families.
