Rosalee Imel, 70, Greensburg, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2009 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus.
Born, February 18, 1939 in Greensburg, she was the daughter of Jess M. and Opal J. (Bryson) Burton.
Rosalee worked as a foster parent at the St. Mary’s Daycare Center. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church.
She was married to Robert W. Imel on January 29, 1965 and he survives.
She is also survived by one daughter, Penny Hoskins companion of Richard Sapp, Nashville, In.,; one brother, Everett Lee Burton, Greensburg; three sisters, Marjorie (Vernon) Moody, Batesville, Patricia (Jerry) Auger, St. Omer, Sandra (Art) Blanford, Greensburg; two grandchildren, Matthew McNealy, Columbus, Jessica Hoskins, Nashville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Ray Dyer; two sisters, Orpha M. Brogan, Erma Couch.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at the Faith Baptist Church, 2002 N. CR 150 W., Greensburg with Rev. Dan Selby officiating.
Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg, Indiana.
