Boin Wayne Cain

July 23, 1950 — November 13, 2016

Boin Wayne “Pops” Cain, 66, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 in Ripley County.  Pops was born on July 23, 1950 in Greensburg to Boin and Jane (Hornsby) Cain.  He was employed with Delta Faucet for 31 years before retiring.  He loved yard work, playing golf or cards, taking a drive in the country, spending time with family and friends, and he always enjoyed a nice cold beer.  Pops is survived by 3 children; Brandon W. (Sarina Wise) Cain, Ashley D. Cain, both of Greensburg, and Melissa R. Kilian of Shelbyville.   He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Zachary T. Hess, Cheyenne P. Martin, Blade W. Cain, Eithan M. Keihn, Jasper W. Keihn, Kyrston K. Thompson, Kiley R. Buchannan, Kadan A. Wood, Brandy M. Cain, and Brionna P. Cain, 1 great grandson and 1 great granddaughter, sisters; Ruby Corya of North Vernon, Linda Wright of Columbus, Ann Meredith, Virginia Myers, and Teresa Williams all of Greensburg, brothers; Bob Cain of Ohio, Don Cain of Georgia, Bill Cain of Richmond, David Cain of Sunman, Doug, Mike, Paul, and Darrell Cain all of Greensburg.  He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Brinda Cain and Mayme Schroeder, and brothers; McClellan and Albert Cain.  Visitation will be held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, November 18, followed by funeral services at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Cunnington officiating.
