Vicki J. Smith

Vicki J. (Solgere) Smith, 55, Ft. Worth, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016 in Ft. Worth.  Born May 16, 1961 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Neil E. and Greta (Fisher) Solgere.  Vicki grew up in Greensburg and graduated in 1979 from Greensburg High School.  She attended Purdue University where she received a Bachelors' Degree.  She had worked as a convention coordinator in Texas. Vicki is survived by her mother, Greta Solgere, Greensburg; three daughters, Sydney, Shay, and Sadie Smith all of Ft. Worth; two brothers, Gary (Trina) Solgere, Greensburg and Scott (Cindy) Solgere, Houston, TX. She was preceded in death by her father, Neil E. Solgere. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Meyer officiating. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund.
