Veronica M. Braden, 87, Columbus, formerly from Greensburg, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the Silver Oaks Health Care Center in Columbus.
Born, July 25, 1921 in Wilmington, Delaware, she was the daughter of Casper and Vinca Minalgo.
She was married to William R. Braden and he preceded her in death on July 23, 1999.
She is survived by one daughter, Veronica Perry, Columbus; two sisters, Sally Gentile, Cranston, RI, Gennie Blanchet, Smithfield, RI; four grandchildren, Tristan, Matthew, Trevor and Sidney Perry all of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be from 9-10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg with Father Lucas officiating.
Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg, Indiana.
Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Bartholomew County or to the Alzheimers Association.
