Shirley D. Snyder

Shirley D. Snyder, 57, Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. Born, October 16, 1952 in Decatur County, she was the daughter of George E. and Betty J. (Miller) Land. Shirley graduated from Greensburg High School. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and she was a volunteer aerobics instructor at the YMCA. She was married to Randy Snyder on July 31, 20002 and he survives. She is also survived by two daughters, Shannon Barnes, Greensburg, Christy Schlemmer, Greensburg; one sister, Toni Snow, Greensburg; six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg with Pastor David Dehnke officiating. Interment will be held in the Milford Cemetery in Milford, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
