John F. Eberhardt

John F. Eberhardt, 76, Noblesville, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. Born, September 10, 1933 in Akron, Ohio, he was the son of John J. and Mary (Godo) Eberhardt. John was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in Akron, Ohio. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cicero, Indiana. He worked fro Delta Faucet Co. most of his professional career and was very well respected in the industry when he retired after 31 years of service. He loved his family, who enjoyed many memories at his favorite place, White Oak Lodge. He also enjoyed reminiscing. He loved boating and fishing with his grandchildren. John was a self proclaimed master chef. He was married to Rosemary Rapant on January 30, 1953 and she survives. He is also survived by three sons, John (Diann) Eberhardt, Prospect, Ky, Jeff (Maudie) Eberhardt, Brownsburg, David (Karen) Eberhardt, Greensburg; two daughters, Marianne (Tim) Kritzer, Pendleton, Sue (Rick) Adams, Greensburg; two brothers, Jude (Elaine) Eberhardt, Akron, Oh., Mark (Ann) Eberhardt, Silver Springs. MD; one sister, Jean (Bill) Merriman, Cleveland, Oh; nine grandchildren, John Wesley Eberhardt, Blair Eberhardt, Tracey Eberhardt, Jared Eberhardt, Jack Eberhardt , Emily Eberhardt, Katie Kritzer, Tyler Adams, Mitch Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Friday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A public rosary service will be held on Friday at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg with Father Lucas and Deacon Bill Merriman co-officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church or to the St. Mary’s School.
