Pamella J. Beisel

Pamella J. Beisel, 61, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. Born, June 28, 1949 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Conley C. Greer and Dorothy E. Pierce. She married Glenn A. Beisel on March 22, 1973 in Valdosta, GA, and he survives. Pamella was retired from the Decatur County Sheriff's Department where she worked as the 911 dispatcher. She was an avid animal lover. Pamella is survived by her husband, three sons; Donald C. Rushton, Indianapolis,  Timothy C. Rushton, Greensburg, Jeffrey R. Beisel, Greensburg, one sister; Kathy G. Pierce, Indianapolis, 4 brothers-in-law; Gary H. Beisel, Indianapolis, William M. Beisel, Indianapolis, Robert P. Beisel, Indianapolis, Ronald W. Garrett, Indianapolis, 5 grandchildren; Dylan, Brayden, and Julia Beisel, and Ashley and Christopher Rushton. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg with Pastor Jon Porter officiating. Interment will be held in the Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana.
