Anna M. Mccrary

Anna M. McCrary, 88, Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Aspen Place Health Campus.  Born, October 12, 1931 in Greensburg, she was the daughter of Raymond and Eleanora (Thrine) Ford.  Anna graduated from Greensburg High School in 1951.  She enjoyed craftwork and spending time with her family.  She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  She was married to Donald E. McCrary on December 27, 1954 and he preceded her in death on February 25, 2019.  She is survived by four sons, Donald (Janice) McCrary, Greensburg, Richard (Lorie) McCrary, Lake Santee, David (Kim) McCrary, Waldron, John (Jennifer) McCrary, McKinney, TX; one daughter, Cheryl Kline, Mooresville; one sister, Betty (Ray) Clark, Greensburg; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; daughter, Janet S. Miller; grandson, Aaron McCrary; granddaughter, Tara McCrary; sisters, Dorothy Brown and Rosemarie Preuss.  While observing CDC and state guidelines for social distancing and required facial coverings, visitation will be held on Thursday from 4 to 7:00 p.m. at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.   The family will also receive friends from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m. on Friday, October 2, 2020 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Meyer officiating.  Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg.  Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s School Fund.
