Deborah K. Meadows

Deborah Meadows, 71, of Greensburg, passed away on January 28. 2023, at her residence.

Deborah was born on April 24, 1951 to Don Sanders and Joann (Smith) Martin.

She attended Greensburg Community Schools. She had plenty of friends that she enjoyed having conversations with. Deborah worked at J.C. Foods until she retired. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids and when the weather was warm, she loved sitting on a porch swing enjoying nature’s fresh air. In her younger days, she loved riding around with family and friends while she talked to all her cb radio friends. She was known as Kentucky A.J. because she was always barefoot and thought her car was a racecar. Overall, she was a great mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a great human being altogether and she will be in our hearts forever. She’ll never be forgotten but she’ll always be missed and loved more than she’ll ever know.

She is survived by daughters: Shannon (Jr. Ray Hogue), Leslie (Tony Faris), Christy Black, Billie (Chester Goodwin), Angie (Donnie) Phares, and Brenda Hubbard; sister, Rita Thompson. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; great grandson, Trysin Ernstes; great granddaughter, Azalea Forsey; and son-in-law, Roy Hubbard.
