Donnie K. Taylor

Donnie K. Taylor, 85, Marianna, Florida passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Jackson County Hospital in Marianna.

He was born on February 8, 1935 in Shelbyville, the son of Orville and Teresa (Hall) Taylor.

Donnie graduated from Hayden High School. He formerly owned and operated Taylor Floor Covering in Greensburg. He had been a member of the Kiwanis Club, Eagles Lodge, Moose Lodge, Knight of Pythias, and American Legion all in Greensburg.

Survivors include his significant other, Marianne Longsinger, Marianna, Fl.; daughters, Faith (Jeff) Koors, Greensburg, Kathy (Donnie) Settles, Laurel, Brenda Sallee, Greensburg; brothers, Robert Taylor Waldron, Meredith (Sharon) Taylor, Hanover; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Penny Phillips; Sister, Gwendolyn Howe; sister-in-law, Charlene Taylor.

Private Funeral Services will be held at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg with Rev. Chris Stephens officiating. The funeral service will be broadcast on the funeral home Facebook page on Friday, December 18 ^th at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will be held in the Sandcreek Cemetery in Greensburg. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
