Gary Wayne Redelman

Gary W. Redelman, 59, Shelbyville, passed on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his residence in Shelbyville. Born, March 13, 1959 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Kenneth B. and Jean (Bowling) Redelman.  Gary graduated in 1977 from Greensburg Community High School.  He was a truck driver for the J.B. Hunt Company. Gary enjoyed animals and he left behind his “fur babies”. He was married to Teresa “Tess” Cherney on March 16, 2009 and she survives. He is also survived by his mother, Jean Redelman, Greensburg; two daughters, Casey Redelman, Columbus, Jaime Redelman, Columbus; one step son, Patrick Burke, Pensacola, FL; four sisters, Tina Jo (Dave) Benz, Versailles, Arleen (Greg) Schwering, Greensburg, Jody Catherine (Darren) Cowins, Greensburg, Dee Parks, Lincoln, CA; 11 grandchildren and a 12th on the way. He was preceded in death by his father. A private memorial service was held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home officiated by Rev. John Meyer.
