Harry James Edward Jackson II, 81, Indianapolis, passed away on May 20, 2018 at his home in Indianapolis. Harry was born in Greensburg on March 15, 1937 to Harry James Edward Jackson I and Lizzie L. (DeMaree) Jackson. Harry was a Teamster Truck Driver for 40 years. He was a lifetime member of the Teamsters Local #135. Harry enjoyed coin collecting, genealogy, he raised bees for honey, and was a gun enthusiast. He is survived by his son, Harry James Edward Jackson III, Indianapolis, five daughters, Peggy Sue Perry, Indianapolis, Rebecca Jo Jackson, Greenwood, Mary Ellen Morris, Greencastle, Jane Ellen Sizemore, Indianapolis, Patricia Jean Major, Lee Summit, MO, one brother, Willard B. Jackson, Greensburg, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Carl T. Jackson, and George Daniel Jackson. Visitation will be from 11:00 am -12:00 noon on Friday, May 25, 2018, at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg followed by Funeral Services at 12:00 noon with Captain Simon Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery in Greensburg.
