Jason G. Owens

Jason G. Owens, 32, Nashville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Greensburg. Born, April 13, 1985 in Batesville, Indiana, he was the son of John G. Owens and Jody A. (Isaacs) Owens.  Jason worked for several years as a landscaper for Koeneman Landscaping and then worked as a carpenter in Nashville. He enjoyed disc golf, playing his guitar, and fishing. He is survived by his parents; grandparents, Jim & Lynnda Owens, Louise M. Slack; wife, Amanda Lynn Owens; daughters, Serinity LuellaEve Taylor, NeVaeh Owens; step son, Wyatt G. Taylor; brothers, Jordan G. Owens, Dustin Dyer; sister, Melanie G. Proffitt. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4 to 7:00 p.m. at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Cory Joy officiating. Memorials may be made to the Greensburg Prevention Group.
