Kenneth "Kenny" W. Roberts

Kenneth “Kenny” W. Roberts, 73, of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Kenny was born on August 29, 1949, in Batesville, IN to Clarence and Bessie (Dean) Roberts.

Kenny married Mary J. Schoettmer on June 30, 1973, and she survives.

After high school Kenny went to work at Hill-Rom in January of 1969. Later that fall Kenny was drafted into the United States Army. After serving his country Kenny went back to work at Hill-Rom and continued working there until his retirement in February of 2014. Kenny enjoyed fishing. He was a member of the Tree City Saddle Club and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Mary; daughters: Michelle (Jeremy) Brogan, Cynthia Roberts; grandchildren: Jeremy Brogan II, Andrea Brogan; brothers: Charles (Pearletta) Roberts, James (Brenda) Roberts; and several nieces and nephews.

Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters: Joyce Walterman and Judy Roberts.

Family and friends are invited to gather and pray the Rosary on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 3:30 pm at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A visitation will follow from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm also at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Millhousen with Father Binu Mathew officiating. Burial will take place in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.
