Kyle Dennis Lecher

Kyle Dennis Lecher, 49, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born, September 5, 1973 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Dennis John and Gayla Ann (Moenter) Lecher.

Kyle was a member of the Greensburg High School “Class of 1992”. He was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Kyle has been employed at GECOM in Greensburg since September of 1993.  He enjoyed working in the yard, he loved to feed squirrels and birds, and he enjoyed walking after work.

He is survived by his parents, Dennis and Gayla; one sister, Jana Gail (Alexander) Scott, Van Nuys, CA; nieces and nephew, Justin, Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth, Victoria, Liliana, and Abigail Scott.

Family and friends will gather at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg to pray the rosary. Visitation will follow until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held from 10 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the funeral mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Alan Hirt and Fr. John Meyer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church or School, American Heart Association, or Greensburg and Decatur County Animal Shelter.
