Manuel D. Lontok

January 28, 1950 — March 16, 2021

Manuel D. Lontok, 71, Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at the St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Born, January 28, 1950 in the Philippines, he was the son of Jose and Pacita (Dejarme) Lontok.

Manuel graduated from the Far Eastern University High School and then graduated from San Sebastian University College of Law with a Bachelor Degree.  He had worked as a medical paralegal in New York, then at the Garment Factory, Mi Tech Steel, and retired from Sintering Technologies.

He was married to Nancy S. Abellada on September 8, 1995 and she survives at home.  He is also survived by two sisters, Linda Lontok Sowden and Luzuiminda Lontok Paragas; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Francisco Lontok, Julius Caesar Lontok, and Carmelo Lontok.

While observing CDC and state guidelines for social distancing and required facial coverings, family and friends will gather at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greensburg to pray the rosary. Visitation will follow until the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Meyer officiating and will be broadcast on the funeral home Facebook page. Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg.
