Margie E. Fisse

Margie E. Fisse, 91, Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Greensburg.

She was born October 3, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Gilbert and Christine (Stier) Eder.

She graduated from Greensburg High School in 1947. Margie married Raymond B. Fisse on September 22, 1951 and he preceded her in death on June 5, 1982.

Margie was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  She enjoyed bowling and Bingo.

Margie is survived by five sons, Bob (Betty) Fisse, Steve (Linda) Fisse, Joe Fisse, Don (Deena) Fisse, Tony (Marian) Fisse; three daughters, Judy (Mike) Dinn, Pat (Vince) Moeller, Marjean (Lynn) Welch; 18 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter, Susan R. Fisse, Granddaughter, Heather Fisse, great grandson, Paycin Kritlow; great great granddaughter, Makayla Allen; two sisters, Mary Ann Luken and Jean Scheidler.

Family and friends will gather at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, May 24, 2021 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg to pray the rosary. Visitation will follow until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. John Meyer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Greensburg. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
