Raymond M. Troyer

Raymond M. Troyer, 85, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Born, June 17, 1934 in Millersburg, Ohio, he was the son of Mose and Alta (Kuhn) Troyer. Raymond was a cabinet maker and a storekeeper. He was married to Ella (Yoder) Troyer on May 23, 1957 and she preceded him in death on February 8, 2006. Survivors include five sons; Ivan (Kathryn) Troyer, Norman (Mary) Troyer, Ben (Mary) Troyer, Firman (Brenda) Troyer, Marvin (Miriam) Troyer, three daughters; Katie (Richard) Schrock, Nora (Don) Knepp, Clara Troyer, 32 grandchildren, and 82 great grandchildren. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and two sisters. Visitation will be from 1-4 pm and 5-8 pm on Saturday, February 22 and from 9-11:30 am and 12:30-8 pm on Sunday, February 23 all at the Community Building in Milroy. Funeral services will start at 9:00 am on Monday, February 24 at the Community Building in Milroy with Delmar Kemp officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery in Rush County.
