Romilda Loretta Hoeing

Romilda Loretta Hoeing, 88, Greensburg passed away on January 21, 2018 at her home in Greensburg.  She was born September 25, 1929 in Sunman, In. to John and Loretta (Fritch) Riehle.  She married Alfred L. Hoeing on October 5, 1957 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Sunman, In.  Millie graduated from Cincinnati Beauty School and began her career in Indianapolis as a beautician.  She was also a homemaker and loved making homemade sweet rolls and donuts and she enjoyed cleaning.  She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  Millie is survived by her husband, Alfred Hoeing, son, Randall (Marilyn) Hoeing, 3 daughters, Diane (John) Wenning, Melinda (Joseph) Herbert, and Deborah (Gregory) Navarra, all of Greensburg, 2 brothers, Nicholas (Marlene) Riehle, Batesville, Sylvester (Ruth) Riehle, Sunman, grandchildren, Aaron and Stephanie Hoeing, Ken Wenning, Amber (Brandon) Tucker, Karen and Sarah Herbert, David and Matthew Navarra, and great granddaughters, Audrina and Everly Tucker.  She was preceded in death by her parents, 9 sisters, Mary Forthofer, Amelia Weber, Anne Fette, Edna Suttmiller, Coletta Weber, Viola Hountz, Pauline Larmann, Marcella Hartman, Matilda Moore, and 4 brothers, Raymond, Herbert, Wilfred, and John Riehle.  A Rosary Service will start at 3:30 pm on Friday at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home followed by visitation from 4-7:00pm.  Visitation will also be held from 9-10 am on Saturday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10 am officiated by Rev. John Meyer.  Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.  Memorials can be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or Our Hospice.
