Timothy J. Conk

Timothy J. Conk, 72, Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

Born, December 30, 1949 in Burney, Indiana, he was the son of Marge (Holt) Bogard and James Conk.

Tim was a member of the GCHS class of 1968.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, growing tomatoes in the summer, and taking care of his home.  During the summer you would find Tim out mowing grass or watching TV in his barn.  He retired in 2012 after many years in car sales.

He was married to Lisa Lawrence on July 29, 1973 and she survives at their home.

He is also survived by three sons, Aaron (Ashley) Conk, Mike (Melissa) Conk, and Andy Conk; Grandchildren, Nolan Conk, Parker, and Lilah Conk, Elizabeth, Alexander, Theodore, and Christopher Conk; sisters, Sherry Best, Patty Ryle, and Debby Slone; brother, Steve Conk.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 from 1 to 3:00 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.   Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Jon Porter officiating.
