Violet C. Walters

Violet C. Walters, 74, Osgood, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at her residence with her family by her side.  Born, March 26, 1945 in Pierceville, Indiana, she was the daughter of James and Clara (Brunner) Arthur.  Violet graduated in 1964 from Jac-Cen-Del High School.  She was a member of the St. Maurice Catholic Church in Napoleon. Violet was an exceptional mother and wife.  She was married to Thomas G. Walters on June 6, 1966 and he survives.  She is also survived by one daughter, Jennifer (Gene) Moorman, Osgood; three grandchildren, Matthew (Kelsie) Moorman, Ty Moorman, Macey Moorman, all of Osgood.  She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness, 224 N. Knightstown Rd., Shelbyville, IN 46176.  Memorials may be made to the Our Hospice of Southeastern Indiana.
