James "Jim" S. Laudick

Heaven gained a new angel on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, James Sylvester Laudick, 76, passed away at his home. He was born on May 21, 1947, in Greensburg, IN to Albert J. Laudick and Muriel (Walterman) Laudick. James married Margaret Ann (Hardebeck) on July 27, 1968, and she preceded him in death.

James served in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970. He loved to fish, be with his family and friends, and spend time outdoors.

Survivors include daughter, Susan (Ben) Meyer; son, Andy Laudick (and family); grandchildren: Sam and Claire; and sister, Joann Lecher.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; parents; brothers: John Laudick and Charles “Mike” Laudick; and granddaughter, Leah Laudick.

Family and friends will gather at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2023 at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg to pray the rosary. Visitation will follow until 7:00 p.m. Online condolences can be made at www.popfuneralhome.com .
